Voice Lesson - Voice Training at Home

I'm very busy how much time is this singing practice gonna take?

You must practice your voice for ten minutes a day minimum, 30 minutes a day maximum. You can do this in your car too and from work. If you take the train, you can listen to the explanations and vocal exercises and then do the exercises when you get home or find a quiet room in your lunch hour. Put in, what you want to get out.  If you don't use it, you'll loose it. Practising your vocals will get you the voice that you deserve and could make your dreams come true. If you are investing in voice lessons, be sure to get your monies worth by practising at home.

What about if I can't sing in tune? Will I need to See a Singing Teacher?

It really doesn't matter. CD1-3 are about vocal technique. As long as you are using the right type of voice technique that the coach is ask you to do, you can sing the whole exercise out of tune. Eventually, when the muscles in your larynx are more trained you'll be able to hit the right notes better. If you're working on CD4, however, it is important that you sing in tune, that's the whole point. Start by slowing the exercises down. If you are still having trouble, seek out some voice lessons.

What about if I'm not sure that I'm singing it right?

Before proceeding onto the actual exercise, stay with the coaching tips and funny voice sounds provided on the explanations. Master the single sounds (which sound weired at first) and experiment yourself with different pitches higher or lower. Do this until you feel confident that's the technique has gone into your muscle memory a bit more, then proceed with the full vocal exercise. If in doubt, you can always email me. Your voice lessons will soon become very productive.
